We operate the VIAS-1.0 protocol — an independent proof infrastructure for autonomous agent governance. 3. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it — including but not limited to the structural architecture, proprietary verification methodologies, data processing frameworks, and UI designs. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

The VIAS-1.0 protocol and associated documentation are proprietary. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us. You may not reproduce or distribute proprietary materials without prior written permission.

4. Reliance on Information & Framework Alignment

The content on our site is provided for general information and B2B evaluation purposes only. Where our site details alignment with specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, DORA, ISO 42001), this represents architectural capability and methodological alignment.

It does not constitute a formal endorsement, official partnership, or joint venture with those governing bodies unless explicitly stated. Formal assurance and ISAE 3000 compliance are executed strictly at the point of contract and SLA implementation.

5. Acceptable Use

Platform access is by invitation or approved application only. You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of an organisation. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated agent execution data.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or extract any part of the platform or underlying infrastructure.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

VIAS Infrastructure reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.

6. Data Submitted to the Platform

Each member organisation — including platform providers, enterprise partners, and institutional clients — retains full ownership of the data they submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant VIAS Infrastructure a limited licence to process that data solely for the purposes of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you submit is handled in accordance with UK GDPR, including obtaining appropriate consents from data subjects. VIAS Infrastructure acts solely as a data processor and will never sell, transfer, or use member data for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our site.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Agent governance scores and confidence ratings are based on registered policy rules and should be understood as independent verification indicators, not guaranteed compliance outcomes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
